It does seem that the castle enjoys fostering strife. Perhaps it knows that it feed from its captors emotions by causing stress. At least, that's what it seems like. What a dull mystery.

This place would do to have trickier puzzles.

Has anyone found any mysteries as of late? I need something to crack open.

I find that trying to avoid this castle's rude interruptions to daily life only seems to invite it to further dismantle the world around you. Hm.

The townsfolk were native, were they not? Are they descended from ones brought here? I can't imagine their bloodlines being entirely pure without any outside resources.
